BLONDIE MEETS DAGWOOD
Will 245 smiled at me in August of 2003 on lava life. We did not have our first date until October 2003 that year. Bill and I spent long hours getting to know one another on the phone first. Or should I say I grilled him for hours and months before we met.
Our first date was a par 3 golf game. Boy can you learn a lot about the "man of your dreams" on the golf course. He was a trouper collecting my golf balls from the ruff while I beat him at the game. He was a great sport.
Bill and I dated for a full year and he proposed to me on one knee exactly one year later on the same golf course on the same Thanksgiving Day holiday that we met.
We were married June 18, 2005. Today Love & Warmth fill my heart as an unanticipated smile touches my lips thinking about my good luck after 26 years of being single; you can’t touch love with your hand; you have to feel it with your heart. Bill Wallin gives me his heart each day of my life with him.
My Husband is the warmest, most welcoming, loving, grounded & simply wonderful man alive. After being single for 26 years I have married, the man of my dreams, Bill Wallin and his family on June 18, 2005.
We have 5 Children; he has the girls and I have the boys and now 5 Son &d Daughter in laws whom together with our children have given us 3 grandchildren. Since then, we have built a beautiful family of 10 grounded; very strong people, able to support each other in life and death.
Tragically my son, Jason chooses to go to God in his own time 6 months after we were married in December. Bill stood by me and even carried me through Searching for My Son in 2 cities via media, planning a Funeral, My Grieving, and much more. Even our newly acquired family was with us, though they do not know my son well; they have been a rock for me. There is life after a tragic death with love given so freely.
We have also dealt with the suicide death of my stepchildren's mother a few years after my sons. We have lived through death, weddings and finding a child I gave up for adoption and we are stronger than ever.
I am a woman who has everything i want, the Love of a great man and our families! Love is all I really need as Bill’s Love is given freely and without expecting something in return.
Bill does deserve this prize more than anyone else on this planet. I hope that he will be recognized for his great contribution to my life, my world and the world's of our children and grandchildren.
Bill I will always love you, you are truly the man of my dreams and best of all you are a hunk.
